If products need to be returned, leave them in their original container and
fill out the return order form. Call our toll free number and notify us of the

Most orders within the continental U.S. is shipped UPS Ground. Standard ground
delivery is usually 5 to 7 business days. However, with the current demand for
flag items and their accessories, inventory levels vary. To confirm availability

**Packages greater than 5 feet will have additional Shipping and
handling costs than found on the Shopping Cart.** Those items
that require additional charges will be added at the time of shipment.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of Package
Copy packing slip to include with package:
- Check address that return or refund is to be used
- Circle item(s) that are being returned or exchanged
- Enter quantity returned
- Enter reason for return
- Place completed form in package
- Send package via UPS or US Mail. For your protection, insure the package
for its full value.
If we made an error in your order, your return surface shipping with be
reimbursed.
Packages must be pre paid, no COD packages will be accepted.
International sales are final. Purchaser is responsible for shipping, duties
and taxes.
Keep your shipping receipts until credit is received. Proof of return my be
required to credit your account.
Your return will be credited in the same form as received.
Exchanges of items in stock will be returned in 2-3 weeks.
